What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve New York City, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and major area airports. For specific location inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

What is Set Route transportation?

Set Route is scheduled, seat-limited travel between 500 N DuPont Hwy in New Castle, Delaware and 500 W 178 St in New York City. The Delaware to New York trip departs at 7:00 AM, and the New York to Delaware trip departs at 2:00 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure.

How does door-to-door service work?

Our door-to-door service means we pick you up directly from your home, office, or any location you specify, and drop you off at your exact destination. You don't need to worry about getting to a bus station or terminal - we come to you!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking flexible door-to-door rides at least 24-48 hours in advance. Set Route seats must be reserved at least 12 hours before the scheduled arrival time. For C&C Private, we may be able to accommodate same-day requests depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Approved card bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 75% refund of the trip price. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team if you need assistance.
